Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs that strengthen the LittlePearls brand and support its communication, marketing and educational initiatives. The role includes producing high-quality digital and print materials while ensuring consistency with the school's identity and values.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design promotional materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners and advertisements.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Design school publications, newsletters, certificates and event materials.
  • Produce creative graphics for presentations, websites and digital campaigns.
  • Develop illustrations, infographics and educational resources where required.

Branding

  • Ensure all designs comply with the LittlePearls brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts and visual identity.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the school's brand presence.

Digital Content

  • Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Create digital assets for email campaigns and the school website.
  • Assist in developing multimedia content, including simple animations and video thumbnails.

Print Production

  • Prepare artwork for professional printing.
  • Liaise with printing suppliers when required.
  • Ensure print materials meet quality standards and production specifications.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with school management, teachers and administrative staff to understand design requirements.
  • Support school events by producing promotional and event branding materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Asset Management

  • Maintain an organised library of design files, templates and brand assets.
  • Archive completed projects for future use and reference.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role is preferred.
  • Experience designing for educational institutions or non-profit organisations is an advantage.

Job Purpose

The School Bus Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable and punctual transportation for students to and from school and on authorised school trips. The driver is expected to maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and courtesy while ensuring the wellbeing of all passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Student Transportation

  • Safely transport students to and from school according to the assigned route and schedule.
  • Ensure students board and disembark the bus safely.
  • Maintain order and appropriate behaviour on the bus.
  • Conduct headcounts where required to ensure all students are accounted for.
  • Report any incidents or concerns involving students immediately.

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance

  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
