We are now looking for a passionate and energetic Animatrice (Activity Facilitator) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Activity Planning & Facilitation

• Plan, organise, and lead engaging activities for children aged 3 to 9 years.
• Conduct a variety of activities including games, creative arts, storytelling, and recreational sessions.
• Ensure activities are fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate.
• Integrate Islamic values, good manners (akhlaq), and positive behaviour through activities.

Child Development & Engagement

• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
• Build positive relationships with children and create a joyful learning environment.

Environment & Supervision

• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all activities.
• Supervise children during activities, transitions, and playtime.
• Promote discipline through positive guidance and respectful communication.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with teachers and school staff to support daily routines and events.
• Assist in organising school activities, celebrations, and special programmes.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding children’s participation and well-being.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children aged 3 to 9 years.
• Previous experience in childcare, animation, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Good communication skills in English and/or French.
• Ability to organise and lead group activities confidently.
• Patient, caring, and responsible attitude.
• Commitment to Islamic values and teamwork.
