Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the pre-primary curriculum.
  • Incorporate play-based and interactive learning activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
  • Introduce children to Islamic manners, values, and stories in age-appropriate ways.
• Child Development
  • Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Foster independence, responsibility, and good character (akhlaq).
  • Observe and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Classroom Environment
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Ensure a balance between academic learning and Islamic moral education.
  • Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain order with kindness.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-school activities.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to build strong school-home partnerships.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate in Early Childhood Education (MIE or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with pre-primary children (ages 3–5).
• SC with at least credits in Maths, French and English.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to nurturing children in line with Islamic values.
• Patience, creativity, empathy, and a genuine love for young learners.
