We are now looking for passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support
- Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to children as directed by the teacher.
- Support children’s learning through play-based and interactive activities.
- Help with classroom organization, distribution of learning materials, and supervision during lessons.
Child Care & Development
- Attend to the daily needs of young children, including feeding, changing clothes, and assisting with potty training.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, and Islamic values in daily routines.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, and physical development in a caring manner.
- Assist with children’s hygiene and health needs where required.
Classroom Environment & Safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support in setting up classrooms, displays, and resources.
- Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and outdoor activities.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, staff, and parents.
- Participate in staff training, school events, and development activities.
Requirements
- Experience working with pre-primary children is an advantage.
- Ability to manage and care for young children aged 3 to 5, with patience, empathy, and responsibility.
- IT literate, with basic knowledge of tools like PowerPoint (to support teaching activities).
- Innovative and creative in engaging children through activities and learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to Islamic values and holistic child development.
- SC with at least credits in Maths, French and English.
- HSC will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to nurturing children in line with Islamic values.
